Center Players Offers Professional Voiceover Workshop


NYC-based Abacus Entertainment Presents Feb. 18th session
  
Freehold, NJ – Feb. 6, 2017 -- Center Players to sponsor a professional voiceover workshop on Sat. Feb. 18th from 1-4pm at Center Playhouse, located at 35 South Street in downtown Freehold. 

The session will provide an opportunity for teens and adults to have a hands-on learning experience, instructed by Bryant Falk, a corporate producer, director and professional voiceover commercial coach and his technical team from Abacus Entertainment, NYC.  Participants will learn about and use voiceover equipment and will explore the possibilities of full and part-time paid work for TV, commercials, training videos, cartoons, video games and much more.
 
The Abacus professionals have taught voiceover programs at Stella Adler Acting School, Hofstra University, Brooklyn College and the Actors’ Connection.  They have also developed school programs at Fieldston High School, Long Island City High School and other educational centers.  Some of Abacus’ media clients include Footlocker, Bloomberg, Walmart, Genetech, AMC, MTV, and the NBA. Some of their renowned clients include, Steve Kamer – Voice of Inside Edition, Steven Zirnkilton – Voice of Law and Order and Sam Fontana – Bloomberg Radio Campaign.  

The advance registration fee is $30 prior to February 14th, and $40 thereafter.  Space is limited so those interested are encouraged to register quickly.
