Continuing the Conversation: An Evening of Short Plays in Response to the Election

Let's all talk on Thursday, February 2 at 7:30PM
Join us for a unique event that takes a look at current events through the eyes of nine writers, and then welcomes you to a discussion about the relationship between theatre and the community.

Twenty-two actors tell a variety of stories in these 10-minute comic, dramatic, and musical plays: 

The Secret Keeper by David Meyers 
Two people disclose their secrets in a graveyard in Afghanistan.

Auld Lang Syne by Suzanne Bradbeer

Estranged friends reconcile in a parking lot in desperate times.

Yog Sothoth by Lia Romeo 

A young family moves to a new, strangely perfect neighborhood.

21st Century Tactics by Steve Harper 

A woman turns to an old acquaintance for help before running for office.

Work With Us by Dania Ramos and Michael Aquino 

Employees of a beauty salon size up a walk-in with the potential to be a friend or a foe.

Spanish Lake by David Lee White 

Old lovers reconnect and then discover that a future together might be impossible.

Wolf at the Door by Richard Dresser 

A disorienting and alluring stranger knocks on the door at midnight.

Female Factor by Nadine Bernard 

Two servers at a diner weigh the pros and cons of opposing candidates.
