Audition for MidAtlantic Opera Chorus in NJ for Carnegie Hall performance

How Do You Get To Carnegie Hall? . . . . . . . . Join the MidAtlantic Opera Chorus . . . . . . and, of course, Practice, Practice, Practice.
Artistic Director, Jason C. Tramm will hear singers who would like to join the MidAtlantic Opera Chorus on stage at Carnegie Hall at 8pm on October 17, 2015 in our "A Prayer For Peace" Concert. All voices are encouraged to audition.

“A Prayer for Peace" will celebrate the music of peace from three faiths as interpreted by Leonard Bernstein, Ahmed Adnan Saygun, and Ralph Vaughan William, composers whose nationality, background and circumstances differ, yet whose compositions share and celebrate a common vision of peace and hope.
Maestro Tramm will hear singers at Seton Hall University and in Ocean Grove, NJ:

    TIME:     3-6 PM

  WHEN:     Saturday, August 8, 2015

WHERE:     Ocean Grove Youth Temple

                    400 Pilgrim Pathway, Ocean Grove, NJ

    TIME:     11am - 2pm

Auditions will consist of a Vocal Range Test and you will be asked to sing the following short selections from Bernstein's "Chichester Psalms":

Movement 1: Bars 66-85 (Boosey & Hawkes ed pg 11-13)
Movement 3: Bars 60-65 (Boosey & Hawkes ed pg 40-41)
