Next at Mile Square Theatre: 'Circle Mirror Transformation' directed by MST’s Chris O’Connor

Hoboken’s Mile Square Theatre to present their inaugural production in new theatre, the award winning play by Annie Baker, Circle Mirror Transformation,directed by MST’s Chris O’Connor. Performances begin on June 15 and will celebrate its opening on June 16, 2016 and run through July 2, 2016 at Mile Square Theatre (1400 Clinton Street, Hoboken, NJ). 

The New York Times called Circle Mirror Transformation "absorbing, unblinking and sharply funny.” The play follows an unlikely group of strangers in a small Vermont town who take an acting class where their personal stories are revealed comically and heartbreakingly through a series of misguided acting exercises

The cast includes: Deborah Hedwall (Broadway: The Heidi Chronicles, Equus; OBIE Winner: Sight Unseen), Jon Krupp (Film: Breaking the Chain, Stage: Wait Until Dark), Matthew Lawler (TV: “The Family,” “Boardwalk Empire”). Creative team includes: Matt Fick (Sets), Elaine Wong (Lights), Peter Fogel (Costumes), and Matt Bittner (Sound). 

Circle Mirror Transformation plays Wednesday – Saturday at 8 PM; Sunday at 3 PM
