Next at Circle Players: 'Richard III'

Shakespeare’s classic history featuring his most memorable villain. Or is he? In a bold new adaptation and set in 2016, the story unfolds of an unlikely king, battling his conscience while he schemes, murders, and seduces his way to the throne.

Performances of the play will take place Fri 9/23/16, Sat 9/24/16, Sat 10/1/16, Sun 10/2/16, Fri 10/7/16, Sat 10/8/16, Sun 10/9/16. Friday andSaturday performances are at 8 pm, Sunday performances are at 3 pm.

A special talkback will be held following the Sunday, Oct 2 performance

The play will be directed by Jessica Damrow Sherman of Summit , and produced by Ed Faver of Roselle. The stage manager for this production will be Jennifer Robinson of Branchburg.

Audiences are invited to join in a special wine and cheese reception in the theater lobby following the opening night performance.

The theater is located at 416 Victoria Avenue, Piscataway. Please be advised: due to the unique layout of this theater in the round, latecomers cannot be seated after the performance has started. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain.
