‘Dial M For Murder’ next at Circle Players


Circle Players’  final production of its 2017-2018 season, “Dial M For Murder” by Fredrick Knott.

Tony Wendice has married his wife, Margot, for her money and now plans to murder her for the same reason. He arranges the perfect murder and a brilliant alibi for himself. But in this classic mystery immortalized on film by Alfred Hitchcock, nothing proceeds as Wendice anticipates, and a tense game of cat and mouse ensues.

The play will be directed by Diane Teichman of Flemington and produced by Ed Faver of Roselle.

  • Fridays: June 8, 22 at 8:00pm
  • Saturdays: June 9, 16, 23 at 8:00pm
  • Sunday: June 17, 24 at 3:00pm

A talkback will be held following the June 17 performance.

Appearing in the play are:

Noah Stanzione of Newton as Tony Wendice; Debbie Campanali of Washington as Margot Wendice; Matt Lafargue of Dunellen as Max Halliday;

John B. Thompson of Piscataway as Captain Lesgate; and Jim Clancy of Basking Ridge as Inspector Hubbard.

Audiences are invited to join in a special wine and cheese reception in the theater lobby following the opening night performance.

The theater is located at 416 Victoria Avenue, Piscataway. Please be advised: due to the unique layout of this theater in the round, latecomers cannot be seated after the performance has started. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before curtain.
